They advise all pre-law students to develop proper time management. The ladies even admit that they have a hard time delegating task, asking for help and saying NO  to all the things! The ladies talk about how important it is to truly relax, take a break, be self aware and not compare yourself to others. All golden rules, but everyone in law school need this reminder at some point. In the ladies opinion, self awareness is one of the most important things you need to develop as you become a young lawyer.  Ways you can #selfcare:  Cooking (its healthier for you too), working out, take a bubble bath, listen to a new podcast, get a massage or mediate.  Try using the Calm App to help you sleep or mediate. OR you can watch True Crime before bed like Samantha (hahaha). Also, you can check out Laura Cleary's videos about her brain scan here. The ladies talk briefly discuss mental health: depression and anxiety in law school and the legal field. Stress can have a huge impact on people. The ladies want to remind everyone that if you are feeling alone, there is someone who is there for you. A few resources you can look into are: Lifeline, Trevor Project, Crisis Text Line, and Talkspace. Also check out both of these sites to help find someone to talk to in person as well -- APA and Find a PsychiatristThank you so much for all of the support you've shown so far!
