One of the few naysayers, Republican Congressman Matt Rosendale (R-MT), joins the Rundown to share why he is not worried about the possibility of a shutdown and why he lobbied against the continuing resolution.

Seventy percent of Americans say transgender athletes should only be allowed to compete in sports on teams that match their birth gender.
