Please, please, please don’t feel guilty if your toddler doesn’t cook their own eggs, because Angie’s toddler definitely doesn’t. Have you thought about the root of your mom guilt? Do influencers on social media, society, family, and/or friends put pressure on you to achieve goals that are unattainable? What does guilt mean to you? Mom guilt can mean so many different things to so many different people. People actually interpret guilt differently, or they might have different feelings and emotions about guilt. Moms have to be everyone to everybody at all times. There are simply not enough hours in the day. It's okay to feel mom guilt sometimes, but it's even better to laugh it off, learn, and grow.
