He has worked for the Philadelphia Water Department, the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California and national consulting engineering firms.McGuire has received the following awards from the American Water Works Association; the George Warren Fuller Award, the A.P. Black Research Award and the Abel Wolman Award of Excellence.
