Episode 198: I Stopped Calling Myself A Lazy Mom by Shawna Scafe
Shawna Scafe is a mom of three small kids who started blogging after her first son was born. She wanted to share her c-section story in order to help herself work through the disappointment she felt about it. She read a book on minimalism that changed how she viewed her life. She started asking questions about why we have so much, do so much, work so much and we feel so restless and overwhelmed. Shawna is trying to live life on purpose, set dreams and goals for herself as a mom, wife and woman and she is trying to share it openly with everyone.
