My own thoughts during a new series of  solo podcast episodes recording during my trips. This was recorded during a trip to the Hebrides with Skye - a first trip away with my new whippet. Making some space for being creative, or simply having some breathing time always pays off for me. I always have the most powerful thoughts that go on to become reality and change things for me. Whether that is writing pieces that will eventually form a book, having the idea of a creative festival or beginning new projects.
