China's spying efforts within our borders have been raising alarms for years. 
Now there are growing number of reports of Chinese citizens posing as tourists and collecting data near and around American military bases. 
The Federal Bureau of Investigation and Department of Defense have reportedly tracked over 100 such incidents of this in recent years, raising red flags that Beijing is using non-traditional means to gather intelligence on U.S. soil. 
Former CIA Chief of Station Dan Hoffman joined the Rundown's Chris Foster to discuss what he calls the "the new Cold War" with China, and what the motives and effectiveness of these cloak-and-dagger operations.
