In this first part of 2 series, we explore a brief summary of the Islamic foundations of what a healthy family looks like, and by referring to the expert advice and research. We touch on the most important points of rights, obligations and healthy relationships within the family unit and relatives. Most of this information and advise is based on the Quranic principles and prophetic tradition applicable to the modern family.
