Description

A few years ago we were promised a "world-class stadium and a world-class team."

Today we have neither, and the realisation that the board have averaged a net spend of just over £20m a season on transfers over the last 10 years just goes to show how little they are committed to making that promise a reality.

The truth is, while they may not be committed to it, they're also very clearly incapable of making it happen, hence the even louder calls for them to step aside and allow someone with a bit more clout to take this club forward.

On this week's show, James Jones and Will Pugh discuss all that and more, as well as review the shambolic FA Cup defeat to West Brom, the final few days of the transfer window and preview the upcoming games against Liverpool and Brighton.

Despite the depressing nature of life as West Ham fans, the lads do try and make it as upbeat as possible this week.
