Description
We heard a lot about it last season but didn't see a great deal of it. But so far this term, Manuel Pellegrini's Big Team Mentality seems to have finally arrived.
The performance against Norwich last weekend was almost a complete one, with Felipe Anderson, Manuel Lanzini, Andriy Yarmolenko and Sebastien Haller combining on several occasions to really show the world how far we've come since Pellegrini arrived in East London.
And that was the bulk of this week's conversation between James Jones, William Pugh and Charlie Hawkins as they dissected what's been good about West Ham so far this season and then looked ahead at what we're capable of achieving if we can consistency to our game.
Also on this week's show, the boys discussed Arthur Masuaku's continued growth as West Ham's best left-back, the decision to sell Chicharito without being able to replace him and the chances of going far in the league cup after the professional victory over Newport County last weekend.
As always, it's a cracking show. If you enjoy what we do every week then please take two seconds to subscribe, rate and review us on your preferred podcast platform - we really appreciate the support!
Note: As it's the international break now, the boys are having a break of their own and will be having next week off. We'll see you in two weeks!
