Description
In this episode, we're speaking with Raelyn Koop, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Kansas City, Missouri. She has been in private practice for six years. In 2017, she also launched a counseling center that trains counseling interns as well as “incubates” post-graduates interested in launching their own private practices. Let me ask you this: Have you ever listened to the podcast episodes and thought, “Sure, that's possible for them, but I don't know what's possible for me. I don't know if these things are really going to be possible in the area I live in with the anxieties I have. What if my clients don't stay?” If so, this is the episode for you! It’s the first two-part episode. We're going to be talking to Raelyn who took my program The Lean In. MAKE BANK Academy. The first part of this episode, we're going to hear her right when she begins the program, and then in Part Two, we talk to her about 8 months later. So, we get to hear from Before Rae and After Rae about who she's become. In this episode, Raelyn will share: What it was like as she began The Lean In. MAKE BANK Academy; Her hopes and fears what she was excited about and what was she afraid of; Where she’s at with her practice 8 months after she finished the LIMB program; The deep way that she approaches her practice, her mindset, and her life; Her business practices before she joined the LIMB Academy when she was charging a full-fee of $95, and how she’s now charging $145 per individual and $165 per couple; How she’s shifting her schedule and how she works.
