La bruja, or the Witch of Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, was a story that caught the world by surprise in 2006. Recordings of a humanoid from two different cameras were presented as evidence. Even more details surfaced when the story came out of a little-known event that happened two years prior.
