On Tuesday, Long Island serial killer suspect Rex Heuermann appeared in court for the first time since his arraignment. Suffolk County District Attorney Ray Tierney will serve as the lead prosecutor on the case. He revealed during a press conference after the hearing that a "massive amount" of evidence was collected during the investigation. Heuermann has pleaded not guilty to the six counts of murder with which he's charged.
