Suggested Pairing: A nice Chianti (prefereably without someone's liver)
Today we take our first step into the "old world" of wine.... only to realize that is a VERY confusing place. Turns out Italy has their own regions, AND their own varitals. WOOF!
Needless to say, a little education in this department was much needed. 
Be sure to stick around for the part where I literally make up my own wine varietal when my dad asks me a question.
