Millsaps College Head Baseball Coach and Mississippi Sports Hall of Fame Inductee Jim Page joins the show on the Farm Bureau guest line talking about the science behind pitching today and the state of youth baseball live in the BankPlus Studio. Jim talks about pitching as a priority in his program and talks about how the science behind a pitch has changed drastically in the last 30 years. Jim goes into the different styles of training and preparation pitchers use today and the technology that surrounds the game to elevate play each year. Bo asks Jim his opinions on the state of youth baseball today and what he thinks about the possibility that some parents are over-playing their children. Jim talks about the fact that some kids are traveling to different states to play and stay in hotel rooms and the possibility of them getting burned out on the sport.
