Jeff talks about what it was like to be from Alabama and how not receiving an offer from either in-state school impacted his mindset and style of play in the future. Jeff mentions how he wasn't included in the depth chart for Ole Miss when he first showed up and the process of quickly working his way into the starting position for the Rebels. Jeff shares an inspirational story about how his family had no money for him to play football growing up but he did everything possible to get his own equipment and get out on the field. He received no offers in high school and almost enlisted in the Marines before he made the decision to go to Ole Miss that would change his life forever. Jeff played for the Colts in the NFL and recounts his experience playing with late Mississippi great Johnie Cooks.
