Henry Nutt, III is a Preconstruction Executive at Southland Industries. He is a passionate advocate working to transform the construction industry in the area of collaboration. He started his career as a sheet metal worker and now travels the country working with construction projects and other industry leaders. Henry specializes in educating owners and construction leaders on how to effectively utilize Lean construction tools, work as a unified team, and execute work efficiently with minimal waste.
