A New York City crime thriller about a family of cops tested when one of their own turns out to be corrupt, the film comes from journeyman legend Gavin O'Connor, in between his two sports classics Miracle and Warrior. Unfortunately, the movie doesn't live up to the heights promised by the premise and the director, and is mostly just a muddled, boring mess.
