The Metaphysical podcast last produced several episodes looking into the possibility of the lost continents of Mu and Lemuria—and the people who promoted their existence, like Helena Blavatsky and James Churchward. But once we started talking about ancient civilizations and the so-called “research” (or really, the channeled books out there about this topic), we stumbled upon something much deeper: Fiction from these occultists was mixed with a bunch of fact. And believe it or not, legends of the Lemurian people had a strong connection to Mt. Shasta in California.

This turned into a many episode series on the Mt. Shasta area, starting with this episode.
