Lets begin…….as you settle in..close your eyes and get comfortable..stay warm…..stretch out your arms and legs. Keep your legs uncrossed…..but comfortable….hands can rest by your side or you can lay them at your heart or belly…..Take some nice long slow deep breaths in……………Nice long slow deep breaths out……………

Now feel your body descend deep and deeper into the surface your on……..feel your body drop in and down….heavy……so heavy….the back of your head heavy….arms and legs heavy…….upper chest….belly….trunk and torso…….hips….legs and feet…..heavy……

I call forth the Reiki Masters….I call forth this Reiki Energy “Universal Life Force”. I ask to be a clear open channel for the highest good of all…and so be it and so it is…..Amen

Now repeat after me the five Reiki Principles…… Just for today I will not worry……
Just for today I will not be angry……Just for today I will honor all living things….Just for today I will do my work honestly …..just for today I am grateful…..

Imagine now your body is so heavy it's filled with sand……the sand represents all that your holding…….your unwanted habits….maybe known or unknown….and it is time to release……. at the base of your spine visualize a tiny hole……slowly see the sand drift down out and away……down out and away…..down out and away……..

Your body is getting lighter and lighter…..PAUSE

Now the last piece of sand drifts away……..the tiny hole closes up.. And a rush of Reiki Energy….pure white light rushes into your head…..you are light as a feather ……

I place my hands on your head………..Pause
Reiki clears the habits stuck in the mental mind… the chatter… the patterns… and self talk…..feel this energy heal the crown chakra now…….LONG PAUSE 1 minute

I place my hands over your eyes…..PAUSE
Reiki clears and heals habits you have that are clouding your vision for a focused and aligned life……feel this energy heal the third eye chakra….your inner eye….the forehead area now……LONG PAUSE 1 minute
I place my hands over your throat…PAUSE
Reiki clears your habits of over indulgences……unhealthy food or drinks….smoking….gossip….speaking badly of oneself or others…….Feel this energy heal the throat center now…..LONG PAUSE 1 minute

I place my hands over your heart…PAUSE
Reiki clears and helps you forgive yourself…..so you can free up this space and create healthy… wanted… habits…..feel the love and self care ….at your heart chakra now….LONG PAUSE 1 minute

I place my hands over your belly…PAUSE
Reiki clears away any powerlessness and gives you strength, determination and positivity……..feel this energy heal the solar plexus chakra now……LONG PAUSE 1 minute

I place my hands on your hips….PAUSE
Reiki clears away any resistance to making changes……gives you the freedom to not be burdened by these habits….and brings joy…..Feel this energy heal the sacral chakra now……..LONG PAUSE 1 minute

I place my hands on the bottom of your feet…PAUSE
Reiki grounds you….and settles your physical, emotional mental and spiritual body……PAUSE
Feel this energy heal the root chakra now…..LONG PAUSE 1 minute


I now sweep my hands from the top of your head to the tips of your toes 3x…..clearing your auric field…….PAUSE

I slowly step away…..hold you in light in love and support…..I disconnect and touch the earth…..PAUSE
