After Watching Re:Zero I came to the conclusion that the next episode is where everything gets Flipped  and we find out how Betelgeuse became who he is but also if Mother Fortuna becomes Puck in the future. This is something that has been kind of nudging at me with signs which are not for sure but i think is a possibility and so it was how i came to believe that it could be a thing.
