Dragonair has a ton of energy stored within its body, which it can discharge through the blue crystals on its neck and tail. And this energy can cause the weather to change! Because of this, many refer to Dragonair as a “divine Pokémon”. Also, it’s been said that if you see one at the start of a new year, you will be granted good health.
