The Breeders! Yeah! Just learned that this is a Gay Slang Term for heterosexuals, quite funny and poignant. 
This song, or at least parts of it, was once the "jingle" for MTV or a show on MTV, as I have heard it quite often in my past, showing my age I guess ...  But it is still a nice little alternative stomper in the likes of the Pixies and Frank Black.
