This is a quite underrated song from the very well appreciated Album "Automatic for the People" by  R.E.M.   
It stills (happily) amazes me that this band did find such a high appreciation world wide. 
Always sad and melancholic, this is my kind of music ...  
There are so many great songs here, but I wanted to bring a more "forgotten" song to your attention which is "Drive". 
A great timeless piece of music ... but listen for yourself even though "... nobody tells you what to do ... "
