Description
A Cure in Sight is joined by Greg Hobbs, aka the one-eyed fly guy. He is a renowned disc golfer who has refused to let being one-eyed hold him back from playing the game he loves, while sharing about OM in the process!
Here’s a little of Greg’s story—we’re excited to chat with him this next week!
“July 17, 2013 I noticed my vision was a little weird. I went to my eye doctor on Thursday and he sent me to a specialist on Friday. He saw it and said he wanted it out that day. I wanted a second opinion.
I went to the second opinion on Monday and he said the 1st doctor was correct. So I went to a surgeon on Tuesday, talked with them and got the surgery for eye removal on Wednesday.
I got the results after the eye was sent off to the laboratory that it was a stage 4. I was lucky everything worked out for me.
Today, I'm 9 years cancer free.”
