In this episode: We have to be good listeners to cultivate community online Listen, ask questions, and start a dialogue from audience responses A great way to get people to engage is to ask them questions about themselves (like where they went on vacation last or what’s their favorite color) When you ask a question, wait 6 seconds for a response! Someone will usually respond and kick off the discussion!
