John and Darren come out with guns ablaze to start this week's episode, putting Andy to the test as the show's WHL correspondent. Andy fires back with some top-notch WHL knowledge, which leads to some hearty debate between Andy and John. 
Patrik Laine was benched on Monday by Torts, on which the guys discuss and give cold takes. Covid is running rampant through the NHL, so Darren temporarily becomes a scientist to explain. The guys do a quick rundown of things that have surprised them about this season as some teams reach the quarter pole. Andy gaslights all of us into believing that third place is actually second place.
