Make a list, and trickle in during the summer.
And what do they really need to be ready for the first day of school?
Resources, curriculum, plan, classroom management.
Big Picture vs. Details.

How do you not force mentoring on teachers?
Collaborative teams within PLCs.
Solid mentor
Mentorship is done according to the needs of the mentee

Have retired teachers come and be mentors when appropriate.
