Friends of the Rosary:
Today, we celebrate the Memorial of Mary, Mother of the Church, a feast connected to the Feast of Pentecost.
The Blessed Mother was present in the upper room when the Holy Spirit descended upon the Apostles and the birthday of the Church took place.
Just as Mary was in every major moment in the life of her divine son, so, too, is she there for every moment in the life of the Church.
She is also at every single Mass. Like every good mother, Mary is always with her children. That is what we celebrate today.
Let’s give thanks to God for the great gift of our Blessed Mother.
