Prior to starting T&H, Jana was a real estate attorney at Bose McKinney and Evans and practiced in their Real Estate Law Group. An entrepreneur at heart, she left Bose to pursue real estate development and has been an owner/developer of over $500 million in commercial real estate projects including multi family, student, affordable, workforce, and mixed-use projects. Jana’s true passion is working with communities to develop affordable housing, and in her current role as President of T&H, she focuses on the development, construction, and management of affordable, workforce, and supportive housing.
