Additionally, he is a Senior Research Career Scientist for the Department of Veterans Affairs Rehabilitation Research and Development Service.  Dr. Bell has extensive experience as a clinical and neuropsychologist, and he devotes much of his time and energy toward researching interventions to restore cognitive and work function for people who struggle with severe and persistent mental disorders.
