The Miami Hurricanes are among the seven ACC members who are looking into the legal possibilities of leaving the conference. Miami, along with Clemson, FSU, UNC, NC State, Virginia, and Virginia Tech, will surely bring up their frustrations this week at the annual ACC spring meetings. The ACC has an unfavorable TV deal locked in through 2036 that will see their member schools earning at least $30 million LESS in revenue per year than members of the BIG 10 and the SEC. 
Host Alex Donno argues that a solution must be found here and explains why it’s unlikely the ACC would be able to renegotiate their terms with ESPN. If these seven schools were to break off, would the SEC or BIG 10 even be willing to take new members? Or would these schools have to spearhead the formation of a new conference?
