Description

***IMPORTANT UPDATE FROM AUGUST 2021: Septic tank Sam's identity has been confirmed as Gordon Edwin Sanderson of Edmonton, born in Manitoba in October of 1950. As a child in the 1960s, he was placed into foster care during what was called the "60s Scoop" when Aboriginal children were taken from their parents and put into the child welfare system. He was reported missing by his sister in the 1980s and had spent his life in trouble with the law and dealing with addiction. The last time anyone heard from him, he planned to visit his younger brother in Calgary, but never made it. His murder is still unsolved. With its beautiful landscapes, rich culture and fascinating history, it’s no wonder that Canada is many people’s dream holiday destination. But, to the true-crime enthusiast, it's home to many strange mysteries, from the famous Highway of Tears and beyond. In today’s video, we’ll be exploring two creepy cold cases from Canada.
