We also discuss the leadership on the team and why there needed to be a point early in the series against Dallas where the veterans on the team put a stop to this script repeating. We also discuss what needs to happen with Marco Rossi in 2023-24 and why even though a youth movement for this team can't happen all at once, it needs to start this season. We finish by discussing a busy offseason and the potential for big moves to be made to free up cap space.
