The civil lawsuit alleges that the school and coaches allowed and encouraged an environment of silencing victims, and I covered that on last week's Emily Show Podcast. The University of Idaho murder preliminary hearing is still over a month away. Still, the court battle over the non-dissemination gag order has moved back to the lower court and will be back in court this month. Finally, Alex Murdaugh states in court documents that he made up the story that the family's deceased housekeeper Gloria Satterfield fell because of the family dogs. Murdaugh seems to be trying to drag Satterfield's sons and their lawyers into court over monies paid to them by insurance.
