In this session I discuss how to end anxious feelings immediately starting today. I built this framework on the biblical concepts from Philippians 4:4-7 Please note this is not intended as medical advice but rather as a personal growth formula to help you overcome what the world and media want you to become vs. what God says you are. How to end anxious feelings: 1- Be happy in your place on earth. (BE Happiness). 2- Show gentleness to others in speech and actions. 3- You are a part of something BIGGER than yourself. 4- STOP anxious feelings toward everything! 5- Meditate on your troubles and release them. 6- Allow your mind to be steady and safe… Philippians 4:4-7 CEB 4Be glad in the Lord always! Again I say, be glad! 5Let your gentleness show in your treatment of all people. The Lord is near. 6Don’t be anxious about anything; rather, bring up all of your requests to God in your prayers and petitions, along with giving thanks. 7Then the peace of God that exceeds all understanding will keep your hearts and minds safe in Christ Jesus.
