In this episode, we are speaking to Dr Dain Heer, author, speaker, change-maker and the co-creator of Access Consciousness - a powerful personal development company that invites you to value possibilities over problems to rewire negative thought processes. 

He began his career journey as a chiropractor, and over the last twenty years, he developed his signature energy work called the Energetic Synthesis of Being, which invites a new level of awareness, communion and transformation with bodies. He also launched a sustainable resort in Italy called El Lugar. 

This conversation spoke to so many different levels and layers to me. It sparked so much joy and aliveness in me, I didn’t even realise I needed.
