Description

The Dynamic Duo of Eric Krasno and Stanton Moore, both Grammy winning artists, have finally joined forces with an album and a tour, and have come to Roadcase to talk about it all.  Both Krasno and Moore are highly-respected giants in the industry. Krasno is a founding member of Lettuce and Soulive while Stanton is a founding member of Galactic and Garage-a-Trois, and now they have produced an album together as Krasno/Moore Project (KMP), entitled Book of Queens, honoring women in music by covering the works of female artists such as Kacey Musgraves, H.E.R., Brittany Howard, Sharon Jones and Aretha Franklin, to name just a few.  They've also taken KMP on the road, as an organ trio with the immensely talented organist, Eric Finland.  Stanton and Krasno both possess a lifelong treasure trove of experience to share with Roadcase listeners and are both super-engaging and equally excited about this latest venture.  We talk about their live show and performance, their respective career development and how there is no end to the learning process, both professionally and personally. It's a magical and intriguing interview with these two stalwarts of the live performance world.
