Our guest for this episode is Lorraine Lawson. Not only is Lorraine the proud founder of Lawson Vocal Studios here in Toronto, she is also one of the most successful vocal coaches in North America. She is the vocal coach on CTV’s show The Launch and season 5 of the hit show Schitt’s Creek. Some other notable artists she’s coached include Blake McGrath and R&B star Roy Woods. We decided to record this episode remotely for safety concerns during Covid-19 but we had a great conversation with her about the innovative programming at her studio and tap into her wealth of experience in vocal coaching and performing.
