Description

In this episode Chris and Myron welcome Toronto game designer Christopher Chung to the show. Christopher’s first game - Lanterns: The Harvest Festival is one of host Chris’ personal favorites to teach and play. It’s a beautiful game that uses perspective in a clever way which allows players the opportunity to participate every turn. Like many other guests, Christopher’s journey with modern board games began with an introduction to Catan, and blossomed from there into game design. Join Myron and Chris as they learn about Christopher’s “dream-team”, his agile approach to design, and his future plans for upcoming events (like Protospiel North 2021 and Breakout 2022). A special note of thanks to Steven Sauer, Erica Hayes-Bouyouris and Daryl Andrews for their help with research for this episode. You can find Christopher on Facebook, Twitter and BGG.
