The Edmonton Oilers their four game road trip with a 4-2 victory over the Florida Panthers. Warren Foegele scored the game winner in the third period with the other two goals coming from Tyson Barrie (twice) and Ryan Nugent-Hopkins. Stuart Skinner was fantastic for the Oilers stopping 40 of 42 shots, including 20 in the first period. It was an up-and-down road trip for Edmonton, to say the least. They had two good wins over Tampa Bay and Florida; however, they lost in poor fashion to both the Carolina Hurricanes and Washington Capitals.
