The Cincinnati Reds came in to camp with two open spots in the starting rotation. After Hunter Greene, Nick Lodolo, and Graham Ashcraft, it was unclear who would start for the Reds. While Luke Weaver seems to have emerged, for one reason or another, the Reds don't seem to have a bonafide fifth starter. Brandon Williamson is the future, but should he be the present? Luis Cessa showed some prowess out of the rotation but seems more valuable to the Reds in the bullpen. And don't even get us started on Chase Anderson. Looking back at a few stories regarding the Reds missing out on Babe Ruth, a lesson can be gleaned in having the right people in the front office, which the Reds seem to have in Nick Krall.
