Hunter Greene's contract extension signals the Cincinnati Reds are moving forward in their rebuild and that more contracts are to come. Greene's contract gives him personal security and gives the Reds financial flexibility to make more does to improve the roster. Who could the Reds sign to a contract extension next? We have some thoughts. The Reds got blown out on Tuesday and really the only thing that can be gleaned from that game is for Nick Lodolo. There will also be lots of finagling of the roster for the Reds as the bullpen continues to throw a lot of pitches. Also, Luke Weaver is due to debut against the Pittsburgh Pirates. What we can expect from Weaver and from the Reds in this series will be how we close out this episode.
