Like us, Charlotte started out teaching, then undertook her Level 3 Forest School Leader’s qualification. Since then she has swapped an indoor classroom for an outdoor one and has enjoyed facilitating learners’ journeys in natural surroundings so much that she decided to embark upon the Free Rangers’ adventure with the belief that children learn best from learning through play within an outdoor environment. ? She completed her GTP whilst at All Hallows and became a fully fledged Primary Years Teacher in 2004. After a few years teaching Year 3, she undertook her Level 3 Forest School Leader’s qualification.
