Description
Two interviews in one post. First is his interview discussing the premiere of Citizen Kane at the Geary Theater in San Francisco. Dorothy Comingore is also interviewed, she played 'Susan Alexander Kane' in the film. The interview aired May 28, 1941. Second interview took place in Hollywood for the Mercury Wonder Show on KMTR. The Wonder Show was a magic, variety, and comedy performance stage production that Orson created for the military and the general public. Military soldiers and crowd participants are interviewed before talking to Marlene Dietrich, Joseph Cotten, and Rita Hayworth and Orson, just after their marriage. I enjoy the interviewer rushing people on and off the mic, funny to me. This interview aired September 7, 1943.: : : : :My other podcast channels include: MYSTERY x SUSPENSE -- DRAMA X THEATER -- SCI FI x HORROR -- COMEDY x FUNNY HA HA -- VARIETY X ARMED FORCES.Subscribing is free and you'll receive new post notifications.
