Its the 2018 action comedy thriller Velocipastor - you heard it right, that was Velocipastor. When Father Doug witnesses the death of his parents he travels to China to find his faith again, but gets more than he bargains for when he is infected by a superpower that enables him to turn into a dinosaur.
