Certification is the culmination of my teaching experience and a year's worth of interviewing teachers, directors, and home care providers to find out what support you really need to succeed as an early childhood educator. We took all of that information and created 8 workshops for you, that is 7 hours of professional development that I wish I had had access too when I was a teacher. The S.E.E.D.
