Excited to hear the stories of dropping in throughout Europe. This Communications Professor, and debate coach, started CrossFit 6 years ago as a dabbler, then a year ago she got news that shook her a bit and changed her focus on what she needed to do. She then started doing competitions again, and decided to sign up for the CrossFit Open for the first time. Then she realized she would be in the UK during this time, so why not make it an adventure and an adventure she had.
