Interested in visiting Africa as a digital nomad? You're not alone!
While Latin America, Bali, and Thailand get the most press for top digital nomad destinations, Africa has quietly been turning into a digital nomad powerhouse. 
Without giving away the specific cities (you'll have to listen to find out!) we talk about: 

South Africa: Our destination boasts: A massive digital nomad community, amazing places to hike and take pictures, up-and-coming coworking spaces and laptop-friendly cafes. 
Mauritius: Looking for an island vibe FAR removed from civilization? Lush jungle-y feeling? Clear blue waters? It's not exactly an up-and-coming digital nomad community, but it's moving in that direction. 
Nigeria: For the brave adventurers and digital nomads out there, Nigeria is an incredibly raw cultural experience, albeit a difficult place to work remotely. It's not the easiest, but it's doable. 
Egypt: Another one (and our city in particular) that's definitely on the up-and-coming digital nomad destination list. And if you're into diving, this is one of the top places in the world. 
Namibia: The land of adventures on the Serengeti. Definitely not set up for the digital nomad life (yet!), it is one of the coolest countries in the world and worthy of the extra work to make the trip work.
