Amaral, M.S., R.D., CSO, is a Clinical Research Dietitian who is board certified in oncology nutrition. She works at the Cedars Sinai Cancer Institute in Los Angeles, CA. She is involved in many clinical trials looking at diet/lifestyle within cancer, such as researching the efficacy of the Ketogenic Diet as an adjunct to standard of care therapy for CNS malignancies. Amaral specializes in cancer nutrition for cancer prevention, during treatment, for survivorship, in therapeutic Ketogenic diets and in oncology nutrition research and hosts Nourishing Nutrition Kitchen weekly on social media where she makes easy, cancer fighting recipes. Every Tuesday, we'll be sharing a new episode that uncovers the very latest research on metabolic health and therapy.
